TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of carnival games.

 

1. Product Types

We offer the following:

• Pre-made carnival games

 

2. Ordering & Customization

• Upon receipt of a signed quote/invoice and a deposit, orders are confirmed.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

• Full payment is due before shipping, pickup, or delivery.

• Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

 

4. Production & Delivery

• Production time varies by order and is confirmed upon design approval.

• Unless otherwise stated, shipping, handling, and delivery fees are the Buyer’s responsibility.

• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed due to possible delays (e.g., material shortages, carrier issues).

 

5. Risk of Loss & Insurance

• Products are shipped from our facility; once the product is handed over to the carrier, the buyer assumes all risk.

• We recommend that the Buyer insure shipments.

 

6. Returns & Cancellations

• All sales are final.

• Returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged during shipment and reported within 5 business days of receipt.

 

7. Warranties & Liability

• We warrant our products against major manufacturing defects for [30] days.

• This does not include damage due to misuse, accidents, weather exposure (unless built for outdoor use), or unauthorized modifications.

• Our liability is limited to repair or replacement.

8. Use & Safety

• Buyer is responsible for using the Products safely and according to any provided instructions.

• We are not liable for any injury or damage from improper use or setup.

 

9. Intellectual Property

• All game designs, branding, artwork, and concepts remain our property unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

• Reproduction or resale of our products or designs without consent is prohibited.

 

10. Governing Law
